SAP AII serialization architect

Northeast Corridor - USA Start date July 2012

Responsibilities:

• Develop serialization strategy for data governance, including strategy for commissioning/decommissioning of serial numbers on global basis, roles and responsibilities for data stewards
• Identify data elements required for successful implementation of the global serialization program in compliance with GS1 and country specific data standards/requirements.
• Identify reporting/analytical capabilities that leverage the serialization data for better decision making
• Provides subject matter expertise in the area of product serialization, authentication and track and trace solutions
• Advises on industry trends, best practices and forward thinking strategies or considerations for serialization
• Assist in gathering data to help shape the tactical direction of the program and recommends adjustment
• Identifies, interacts, communicates, and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
• Leverages experience to increase the project team’s productivity

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Data Management SME
• Prior experience developing and setting up Data Management and Governance organizations and processes
• Must have prior experience implementing serialization globally in a data lead capacity
• Expert knowledge of GS1 standards including GTIN/GLN
• Knowledge of country specific data regulations around data serialization
• Extensive experience working with the material/ product master
• Extensive experience with business processes and SAP ERP
• Knowledge and experience with AII, OER and MDM a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
